讲座摘要:
This seminar focuses on my psychological contract research journey. We will discuss the theoretical foundation and forms of psychological contract, individuals’ beliefs regarding what they owe their employer and what their employer owes them in return, as conceptualized by Rousseau (1989; 1995). We will review how psychological contracts are measured as well as discuss recent trends in this research stream.
主讲人简介:
Cynthia Lee is the Group Chair and Professor of the Management and Organizational Development Group, D’Amore-McKim School of Business. Professor Lee’s research interests include proactivity including creativity and innovation, understanding the changing nature of employment relationships including psychological contracts and of job insecurity. Her work has appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, among others.
