讲座摘要：

本研究针对高速铁路网络引发的外生冲击，探讨地理距离在创业企业与风险投资者合作伙伴中的动态作用。研究发现，当高速铁路连通远距离的创业企业与风险投资机构时，地理距离的负向作用被显著削弱。基于关系理论框架下的三种调节机制，研究进一步探索何种类型的远距离风险投资伙伴能够从高铁网络中获得更大的竞争优势。结果表明依赖知识分享、互补资源、以及复杂治理结构的创业企业-风险投资伙伴能够更好地利用高速铁路应对远距离的负向作用。

主讲人简介：

Jiamin Zhang is a lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing (Faculty of Business and Economics), at the University of Melbourne. She received her Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and has visited at Sloan Management School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research concerns venture capital, R&D alliance networks, intellectual property strategies, and patents strategy for Artificial Intelligence firms. Her research has appeared in Journal of Management as well as some other academic outlets. Her research work has been nominated and awarded at international conferences including Strategic Management Society (SMS) and Industry Studies Conference.
